Pathfinder Bible Experience

PBE-LogoThe Pathfinder Bible Experience (PBE) is an extra-cirricular activity that introduces Pathfinders to Bible study through a trivia-styled competition.

Each year a book or books are assigned for study and then Pathfinders compete in 3 rounds of competitions to make it on to the final round of competition against other teams from the North American Division and Great Britain. While PBE is a competition, Pathfinders are competing against themselves more than they are competing against other teams or clubs. Just like in school where every student has a chance to earn an A, every PBE team has the chance to earn first place.

Traditionally the Beltsville teams have done extremely well, taking multiple teams to NAD every year and almost always receiving first place finishes. While the primary goal of PBE is to instill a love for studying God'd word, one side effect is improved study habits in school and as a result, better grades.
